Acquisition Assistance

Our firm has been retained by companies to assist with valuation/financial analysis as part of an advisory team. This can take place as a result of the company’s receipt of a bid to acquire the company, i.e. given the value of the company, should the purchase offer be seriously considered, etc? In the event of a proposed acquisition, a valuation analysis of the target company will provide the client with a starting value for the target, as operated, from which financing and strategic decisions can be made. In either case, continuing assistance is provided for the team in providing financial input for negotiations through to the closing of the transaction or to the decision not to proceed further.
