Shawn F. Moxley, ASA, joined Baker-Meekins in 2006 as a Financial Analyst. Prior to joining Baker-Meekins, Mr. Moxley was a student at Salisbury University, from which he graduated cum laude, completing both a B.S. in Finance and an MBA. Mr. Moxley assists the firm with research and analysis of the valuation of the securities of private companies and the restricted securities of public companies. He has developed a particular expertise in the financial modeling and analysis of companies with complex capital structures. Mr. Moxley is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (Business Valuation) - American Society of Appraisers.
