James Webb ASA, Financial Analyst, joined the firm in 1997. He supervises the ESOP valuation practice of the firm, both in plan formation and compliance. He also oversees the valuation practice for assignments involving estate and gift tax planning and determination, the fair market value of equity based incentive compensation, corporate recapitalizations, acquisition and divestiture analysis, financial statement reporting compliance and general corporate planning.
Mr. Webb has broad industry experience providing corporate valuation services to companies in a variety of industries. These companies range from public to private, from smaller companies to large multinationals. Specific industry experience includes, but is not limited to, technology companies, manufacturing, engineering, distribution companies, health care, grocery, printing, plumbing supply, specialty chemical, government services, specialty contracting, medical products and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Baker-Meekins, Mr. Webb worked for Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc., a regional financial services company.
